Zarina brings with her more than 28 years of experience across the insurance, takaful, reinsurance, and broking sectors. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in reinsurance claims management, treaty and facultative claims, large loss notifications, claims recovery, bordereaux preparation, and stakeholder coordination.

Prior to joining Mandarin Re, Zarina held senior claims roles at leading insurance broking firms, where she managed diverse claims portfolios, supported complex claims recoveries, and worked closely with insurers, reinsurers, adjusters, and clients.

Zarina’s appointment reflects Mandarin Re’s ongoing investment in experienced professionals who understand the complexities of today’s reinsurance landscape and the importance of delivering value throughout the claims journey.
