Mandarin Re Meets with Acrisure Re in New York to Explore U.S. Market Opportunities

Mandarin Re met with the Acrisure Re team at their New York headquarters during a recent visit to the United States, strengthening industry connections and exploring opportunities for collaboration in the U.S. reinsurance market.

Representing Mandarin Re were Mikhail Grishin, COO and Board Member, and Olga Schyslionak, Head of Corporate Communications and COO Office. They held constructive discussions with Robert M. Whitney, Executive Vice President, Brendan Erickson, Assistant Vice President, and the wider Acrisure Re team on current market conditions, potential areas of cooperation, and Mandarin Re’s underwriting appetite across selected lines of business.

The discussions also covered potential collaboration on retrocession capacity and the placement of Mandarin Re’s retrocession programme supporting its U.S. business. These opportunities form part of Mandarin Re’s broader efforts to develop and diversify its portfolio while strengthening its access to reinsurance markets.
