 Mandarin Re extends its warm congratulations to Mr. Affendi Rashdi on his appointment as the new Director General of the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA).

 Mr. Affendi brings with him a distinguished career from Bank Negara Malaysia, where he most recently served as Chief Services Officer. With deep expertise in financial regulation, institutional strategy, and development finance, he has been instrumental in shaping Malaysia’s financial sector policies and strengthening the regulatory landscape.

 As Labuan FSA enters a new chapter under his leadership, Mandarin Re expresses confidence in the continued advancement of Labuan IBFC as a well-regulated, innovative, and globally connected financial centre.
