In attendance were Board members Mikhail Grishin, Andreas Antoniou, Erich Nicholas, and Redzal Mohamad. They were joined by Elena Tuyakova (Deputy Chief Financial Officer) and Zuleymi Velasco Pérez (Deputy Chief Operating Officer). Representing the appointed company secretary from JTC Kensington were Sharon Wee and Alden from JTC KENSINGTON.
